Move-In and Move-Out Cleanings

These services, specifically a Move-Out Clean, where a client is trying to get their security deposit back, will require a signed contract. Sometimes you can't please everyone, and sometimes there are things we cannot clean and make brand new despite our best efforts. For example, Carpets. Most complexes will take advantage of a client who has pets and will keep all or part of their security deposit to replace the carpet because of the pets, despite professional cleaning. Please keep this is mind when booking.

  • Walls & doors spot-cleaned (scuff marks, fingerprints, smudges)

  • Ceiling fans & light fixtures cleaned (reachable)

  • Cobweb removal from ceilings and corners

  • Windows cleaned inside (glass, tracks, and sills)

  • Floors vacuumed & mopped (including edges and corners)

  • Closets cleaned (shelves wiped, floors vacuumed/mopped)

  • Trash removal from the entire home

  • Inside & outside of all cabinets and drawers cleaned

  • Inside & outside of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)

  • Countertops & backsplash scrubbed

  • Sinks & faucet cleaned

  • Stove top and range hood degreased

  • Toilet cleaned

  • Shower, tub, and tile scrubbed (including grout if needed)

  • Inside of garage, swept & cobwebbed

  • Patio/balcony swept

  • Get their security deposit back (renters want to leave the space spotless so the landlord has no reason to withhold money).

  • Meet lease or sales agreement requirements (some landlords or buyers require professional cleaning before move-out).

  • Save time during a stressful move — moving is exhausting, so hiring cleaners lets them focus on packing/unpacking instead of scrubbing.

  • Leave a good impression — many people want to hand over their home in excellent condition, especially when selling.

  • Avoid extra charges — landlords or property managers often charge high cleaning fees if the tenant doesn’t do it themselves.

Why someone might choose a Move-Out Cleaning
  • Want a fresh start — even if the home looks clean, people want to know it’s truly sanitized before bringing their belongings in.

  • Don’t trust prior tenants/owners — homes may appear tidy but still have hidden dirt, odors, pet hair, or allergens.

  • Health & safety concerns — new homeowners with children, pets, or allergies often want a deep sanitization before settling in.

  • No furniture yet — cleaning before furniture is moved in makes it easier to reach every corner, closet, and cabinet.

  • Peace of mind — starting life in a new place feels better when everything is freshly cleaned and disinfected.
